Do you deliver or ship?

Yes, of course. We offer local delivery, nationwide, and international shipping. If you’re in the area, we are happy to drop your order off to you, or you are welcome to come by and pick it up at our office. We love getting to know our clients.


Whats the turnaround time for an order?

Our turnaround time is generally 5 to 10 business days + shipping/delivery time from the date of final art approval. If you're in a hurry, just let us know. Your deadlines are very important to us. We can rush orders, shipping, and provide same day printing.


Can I bring my own shirts/hats/other in for printing or embroidery?

Absolutely. Our clients that bring in their own items are usually bringing in unique apparel, like pearl snap shirts for example. Otherwise, we recommend that clients let us provide the products since we have discounted prices that are not available to the public.


What are common shirts that people use to print on?

That depends on the purpose of the shirts. T-shirts from brands like Gildan or Anvil are the most economical and have a boxier fit. Fashion T-shirts from brands like Next Level, Bella+Canvas, and Alternative have a trendier, more tapered fit. Fabrics that are 100% cotton are the least expensive, while blends or tri-blends are pricier and better looking. We are happy to consult you on your options, free of charge. How much does printing or embroidery cost?

We custom price every job. Pricing is variant on many factors like the number of colors in your design, the placement, and the type of shirt or item. We are happy to give you a free quote and we assure you that our pricing is competitive.


Is there a minimum order? Is there a maximum order?

The standard minimum order is 24 shirts per design but there will be some restrictions on size and number of colors. We recommend printing at least 50 shirts for best pricing.


Why are your shirt prices not listed?

We have discounted prices that the public does not have access to. Prices aren't listed due to variables with quantities, brands, and styles. Call or email us with the styles you're interested in and we'll quote you a price! See our Apparel guide for our best sellers.


What factors affect the price of screen printing, embroidery or promo items?

The total number of items screen printed or embroidered significantly impacts the price. Cost per item decreases as the size of your order increases. With printing, each color printed adds to the cost. With embroidery, the area covered has the most substantial impact on price. Printing on a light-colored fabric is cheaper than printing on a dark-colored fabric. Printing on one side of a shirt is cheaper than printing on the front, back, and sleeve.


Is there someone who can help me with my design? Do you have graphic designers?

We have a knowledgeable and skilled art department who can create custom graphic designs and artwork for you. We are happy to be involved at any level. It is common for clients bring in their own artwork.


What is the standard screen size?

Our standard screen size is 14” x 17”


What is the large screen size?

Our large screen size is 18” x 23”


Can I mix and match shirt and ink colors?

Yes. Different shirt colors are ok as long as the ink colors are the same. If you want to change ink colors, additional fees may apply. Pricing is usually not dependent on the number of shirt colors, it’s dependent on the number of ink colors.


Can I mix shirt sizes?

Absolutely! You can order as many different shirt sizes as you want. For example, if your order consists of 24 shirts, you could do something like this: 2 XS, 4 S, 10 M, 4 L, 3 XL, 1 XXL.


What if I can’t find the shirts that I want on your website or catalogue?

No worries, we got you. What you see online is just part of what we have access to. Everything that is available in the catalogue or recommended on our website are the most popular designs. We have access to the nicest apparel and promotional items available. If you are curious about other options, email, call us, or stop by our offices and we will find what you’re looking for.


Do I need to pay for my shirts now? When do I pay you?

No. Your payment must be received once your order is fulfilled. If you’re placing an online order, you’re payment will be made at the time of order.


Can you do (insert crazy idea here)?

Maybe! Email us at info@asgpromo.com and we would love to talk to you about your ideas.


I’m missing a few shirts, what happened?

All orders can have up to a 5% under run. Some shirts could be damaged during printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that you will receive 100% of the garments in your order. We strongly recommend ordering a few extra to account for this possibility. Please note, we always strive to give you everything you ordered, however, if there is a shortage with your order, we will refund or credit you for the difference.
